It is dual layered with knitting fabric outside and warm sweatshirt 100% regenerated fabric in lining. It can be worn with the traditional rolled cuff, or it can be worn uncuffed, either way is going to be a popular look for the casual and fashionable. A must have for any fan of beanie hats, excellent for winter warmth!
